Volleyball I
In the Volleyball I group (level: improving dedicated positional play and strengthening execution in the 5:1 rotation system), in addition to a good level of performance, the focus is on playing and having fun with volleyball. At a few weekends a year, we play ambitiously in tournaments of the Freizeitvolleyball Berlin e.V. leisure league. We also enjoy taking part in fun tournaments at Halloween, carnival and Advent.
We train once a week under the guidance of our coach Daniel: after warming up, which we organise individually, we work on our technique and the running system. This is followed by free team play.
Our training sessions without a coach are then all about free play: after a short individual warm-up, we go straight into the game as mixed teams.
